The Daily Orlando: Orlando Visits Japan to Promote Zulu

On August 27th Orlando and Japanese actress Nozomi Sasaki attended a press conference for the Japan premiere of 'Zulu', which is also known as 'Capetown'. The event was held in the Ritz Carlton in Tokyo. Before hand when he landed at the airport, he took some time to greet fans, who were of course  completely thrilled and excited to see the beaming actor, with his gorgeous long hair!

The Daily Orlando: New Scene from 'Zulu' and Orlando to Appear at the Oz Comic Con

Here is your latest Orlando news! He will be visiting Japan to help promote 'Zulu' on the 26th of August. Also there is a new clip of his movie available! I'll post the link here from the ka-bloom.org website! http://www.ka-bloom.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=20554&page=3#entry716283

And he is also going to be a guest at the Oz Comic Con in Australia. So really lucky for people who live near Brisbane or Sydney, because you can buy tickets for an Orlando experience, (oh my gosh that sounds soo wonderful!!! Why couldn't it be here?!!!) Lol, anyways, the least expensive ones are 450 bucks and you get weekend entry to the event, an autograph from him, special entry, a photo with him, reserved seating at his panel, and a DVD of the event. And the ultimate package is 700 bucks and you get weekend entry to the event, early entry to it, an autograph and picture with him, special seating at his panel, the DVD of the comic con, and access to a meet and greet with him at a dinner event.
Oh my gosh, sooo jealous and annoyed that I can't go!!! Anyways, I will most definately be watching the comic con so I can see his interviews. I'll post them here as soon as they are up.

Tickets for the awesome Orlando event go on sale on the 21st of August at 5:00 pm.

I want Kingdom of Heaven!

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, there just hasn't been much news about Orli in awhile. Anyways this is just a little rant about how hard it is to find a good and working copy of 'Kingdom of Heaven' the director's cut. So I order it on Netflix from time to time, but it always takes forever, because it is kinda a rare edition. So I decided to buy it on Amazon. It is my 2nd favorite Orlando movie, and I hadn't seen it in a while, and I wanted to show it to my best friend. Well of course, they have new editions but they are pretty pricy and can range from 35 dollars to 55. So I figured I 'll get a used one, which was only 10 bucks. The place that sold it to me via Amazon had good reviews, and it said that 97% of their customers were happy. So I was like, 'great this is a great deal, so excited!' It came in a jiffy and I planned to have a movie night with my friend. Well it was all glorious and the discs looked to be in great condition, along with the nice box it came in. I did my little happy fangirl dance and squeal, ready to see Orlando's beautiful face again, and it was wonderful.... until after the love scene with the princess. (That seen oh my gosh, ovaries exploding lol). After that scene it started freezing, skipping and got all fuzzy. Huh, I thought it might just be dusty. So i cleaned it really well, and put it back in. Loll and behold it did it again. At first I thought my poor old DVD/VHS player was dying but all my other movies were working fine. I was the other 3% who got a defunct disc. Well suffice to say, I'm incredibly dissapointed that we didn't get to finish the movie. I got my refund and everything, but I hope I can possibly exchange it for a new disc. If not maybe I'll try to get it fixed. So the moral or point of the story rather is: Does anybody know where I can buy a decent copy of KOH?!!?!

The Orli Quote of the Day

Sorry it has been a while, bit here is the Orli quote of the day from his first lead role movie, The Calcium Kid. Enjoy! And have a nice day all you Bloomers!

" Well, my dad once said, 'There's normally a winner in a two-horse race.' Obviously, neither me or Jose are horses, but I think the moral of the story is anything can happen. I believe that."
